It was a whirlwind of a trip to say the least. We may or may not have been ill-prepared with no hotel reservations. (Not recommended on a holiday weekend!) Therefore we wasted a few hours just trying to find a hotel, only to discover that all the hotels were booked. But I like to say that was just part of the adventure. All worked out in the end, we stayed with one Christine’s old friends and he showed us a fabulous time in Brooklyn. I just wish we could’ve stayed a few days longer. Here’s a few snaps from the trip, taken with a Fuji Instax Mini.

Sorry I’ve been absent for the past few day—it’s been a whirlwind of a week for me to say the least. In the meantime check out  Zona Foto‘s most recent shoot here and here. I love the dreamy, whimsical and retro quality of these pictures. The two above are my favorite from the series, but really I love them all.
